At Challenging People Solutions, I understand the complexities and difficulties that come with managing and supporting challenging individuals. My mission is to provide comprehensive support and options to help you navigate the issues and empower you to create a positive and productive work environment.
I am an Employment Relations professional with over 35 years experience in personally managing ‘problem people’. I am now offering a personalised service tailored to your specific needs. I believe in an outcome based approach that addresses the unique circumstances of each individual and balancing that with the needs of the organisation.

When complaints are raised in the workplace, it is essential they are investigated confidentially, thoroughly, documented appropriately and the correct conclusions derived. An independent experienced investigator such as myself provides an unbiased process that is less likely to be challenged.
Coaching on how to have those Difficult Conversations
My experience sharing style equips individuals with the necessary skills to effectively and confidently hold those difficult discussions. I specialise in providing advice on delivering constructive feedback on behavioural and performance issues and address those matters to obtain a successful outcome.
I believe recruitment to be an art not a science - we sometimes get the wrong person for the role or organisation. I support and guide leaders to ‘change the people or change the people’. My objective is to first provide advice on how to performance manage the individual but often this is not possible. In these circumstances I provide options to organisations on how to dissolve the employment relationship whilst encouraging the individual to find their rightful place.
